Our Mission

Our Mission

Through our work we will reduce loneliness, provide space and opportunities to develop peer support naturally, increase access to training and digital support whilst removing financial barriers in accessing events and activities.

We will deliver a wide range of activities, events, projects, practical support and information to the people of Glasgow, to reduce poverty levels, the stigma of poverty and social inequality through working in collaboration with our clients, communities and key stakeholders.

How we will do this

Running through our bloodstream will be the question “does this make a difference to people’s life” for every activity or service. We will recognise and will ensure whatever projects or services we offer will leave an impact on people’s life.

  • We will continue to actively listen and respond to the needs of our clients and communities
  • We will measure and monitor our impact against all our activities and services
  • We will adopt a person-centric approach where the clients needs are at the heart of what we do
  • We will tailor our services to individual needs where possible
  • We will continue to develop and train our staff and volunteers to reach their full potential in supporting our clients and communities
  • We will strive towards develpoing partnerships with the corporate sector, whilst demonstrating the need and benefits of the third sector
